I’m not dead, I swear!

Okey Dokey. Here goes.

I have sort of realised now that my blog has been a source of procrastination up until now. So now that I’ve finished school it’s probably going to get a lot less interesting… (you have been warned XP)

Anyway, during my absence much has happened! I shall make a list :)

• I finished school (YAY!)
• Got into a car crash which seems to have permanently damaged my leg (my knee now cracks every now and again [makes me feel old])
• Relocated crocodiles (totally awesome I recommend it)
• Got tested for penicillin (had to have 8 NEEDLES!!!)

They’re not in order, of course.

What else…

Monday is my school formal and for once I am totally organised for it. I was given instructions a suggestion that I should dress up as a girl for the night… so… I’m pretty much going all out with a dress, shoes, hair and make up… cool part is that pretty much no one will recognise me :) I will have fun with this

To the Hospital!

Today, my decision was that I would make a serious effort to actually get some study done before my HUGE exams in half a week... unfortunately, some of my friends had other ideas... I was ambushed by Luke, Ben and Scott all of whom had come over to do 'physics study' (basically translated this means annoy Emma, make a mess, light deodorant on fire, infiltrate Emma's room, go through all the photos on Emma's phone and do burnouts outside Emma's house).

Once again, I am about to treck over to the hospital so that I can get allergy tests... seriously how many times can I end up going there in one year?

Anyway, our hospital just got some paper work stuff because before now they weren't allowed to test for penicillin. Apparently there is a whole bunch of people getting tested so at least I'm not the only one!

breakfast of doom

Today me and Rozzy tried to go out for lunch. Not to celebrate anything really but just simply cause we could. Also because I felt like eating bacon.


Anyway, at the casino about a 3 minute drive from my house they do this really cool buffet thing with pretty much every breakfast food you can imagine. I've been there loads of times with family, friends and sometimes a mixture of both. Today however, they decided that we werent allowed in because we weren't 18. I dont see how being 18 has anything to do with eating food so I am still very confused... unless they serve alcohol at breakfast? (ewww). In the end we went to an Itallian resuraunt where I got a toasted sandwidge and Rozzy got French toast (remember this was in an Itallian resturaunt). After that we went off to the library and I borrowed 'Howl's Moving Castle'. Awesome book. Could make a cool birthday present too (hint hint Rozzy =P)

EDIT: Ok I seem to have been a bit out of it when I wrote this... We did in fact go out for breakfast... not lunch... also Please ignore my spelling... that is all! :)

And here I was thinking that high school was confusing...

Who knew uni applications would be so confusing!?

So baisically I'm trying to get into Qantum College to do a Batchelor of Interactive Entertainment majoring in Animation. Only problem is that they require English Studies (high level, analytical stuff) and I did English Comms (communications) which is more of the creative side of english (I had to design movies and compare different TV shows). So, this means that I now have to do a STAT or Special Tertiary Admissions Test to prove that I am competent in english.

And how does this fit in with my plan to get you japan you may ask?

Well, most schools in Japan will ask that you have a uni degree in anything before you can teach english there. Next year I'm gonna do a TESOL course (cant actually remember what thats and anagram for) and get a cert 4 in teaching english and then go to uni for two years doing the overload course to get the degree mentioned before. THEN I will depart over to japan and teach english!

The ultimate plan would to then get a job in animation while I'm there but I don't think I can do that (visa wise) with out having worked in the industry previously....

IT'S THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!

Last day of class... ever... in my life

I just realised that today was actually the last day I will ever have a high school class again in my life.

Isn't that AWESOME!?

Plans for last week.

Today (Tuesday)- Maths tutoring, english assignments and working on my japanese oral.
Wednesday- English all day with a bit of Japanese oral
Thursday- JAPANESE ORAL!!!! then working on english and taking a fully clothed shower/brushing teeth in the science labs during one of my teachers classes. With full permission of course. This night will probably involve me not sleeping much as I will be working on english for a fair while.
Friday- LAT DAY OF SCHOOL!!! dressing up as pacman (well a ghost in my case) as the group
Saturday- EPIC REVISION as well as writing a maths cheat sheet
Sunday- Claire's birthday so we will be setting up for her 'james bond' themed night for quite a bit of the day.

After this, I will have a week of revision and then be going into the torturous (lol ignore my spelling) EXAM WEEK WITH ONE EXTRA DAY OF THE NEXT WEEK...

THEN,

I have formal in pretty much a month from now and then 2 days after that I'm off to Cairns for 10 days with all my little friends (I'm actually shorter than half of them)

Today in physics me and Iona did some excellent art work. As you can tell, we are professional artists.

We dubbed it 'The Lukazoid' in honour of our friend Luke that coincidentally was wagging the lesson.

Well I'm off to go do some work (kinda) so I shall sign out here!

I just realised how un-informative my last entry was...
Basically I have 4 english assignments left, a japanese oral and tonns of study left to do in the space of one week and one day... summary? I PROCRASTINATE TOO MUCH

yesterday was mums birthday so my family and half of Rozzy's family (Rozzy and her mum) went out to dinner at Hog's Breath (seriously its much better than the name sounds).

right now I'm sitting next to my most amazing and bestest friend in the whole world Iona (you can definately tell that I wasn't told to say that =P)

Aaaaanyway...

On Sunday I went to see Mao's Last Dancer with Rozzy. It was seriously the best dance movie I have seen in my life *epic sigh* I WANT TO DO BALLET AGAIN!!!

well I am going on MLIA now should go and get some work done.
